HOW IT WORKS

1. Fill out our project form with your project details.

2. We’ll get in touch to finalize the details and generate a quote.

3. You’ll receive a work order with digital proofs and your project will go into production.

4. Your order is completed typically within 10 business days.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

  • VECTOR ART - Adobe Illustrator (.ai) and Encapsulated post Script (.eps) file

    Text in vector files MUST be outlined or expanded. We doubt we have the same fonts installed on our computers.

    RASTER ART - Adobe Photoshop (.psd) and Portable Document Format (.pdf) files

    All raster files MUST be of high quality (300 dpi+) and sized to print.

    LOW RESOLUTION ART FILES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS

    Provide all Pantone numbers or physical print samples if color matching is crucial. Otherwise, we will extract the closest Pantone value from your file.

    File not print ready? We offer art mastering services starting at $50/hour (billed in 30 minute increments).

  • Our current minimum order is 24 garments per design.

    Production samples provided on a case-by-case basis.

  • An initial deposit of 50% is required to begin any project.

    We accept most forms of payment including most major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, etc. An additional 3% processing fee may be applied depending on your form of payment.

  • Cancelling your order for any reason will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. We will not offer any refunds once a deposit is made.

  • Our current turnaround time is 10 business days from art approval and deposit. Larger or more complicated orders may be subject to longer turnaround times.

    Turnaround times DO NOT include shipping time.

    Rush order services are available dependent on the production schedule.

  • A 2% loss is standard for counting errors, blemishes during production, and availability adjustments. Although we aim to fill at or above what you ordered (in total units), occasionally a unit or two will be shuffled in your size run.

    If providing your own garments, be sure to order long as we are not responsible for replacing customer provided garments.

  • We print exclusively with water based and discharge inks. These inks are superior in their ability to create soft, everlasting prints and a minimal amount of fading is expected after the first wash.

    Both water based and discharge inks absorb into the fibers of your garment rather than sitting on top like traditional plastisol inks. Because of this, print color is somewhat unpredictable and is dependent on a variety of factors (shirt color, brand, etc). We cannot guarantee exact Pantone matches.

    We pride ourselves on being exceptional water based printers and try to ensure the highest quality in each print.

Blank Garment Samples

See, feel, and try on different garment options before deciding which garment(s) to print on. Blank t-shirt samples start at $15.00/tee and blank hoodies start at $30.00/hoodie.

Prices vary depending on garment.

Custom Production Samples

Available on a case-by-case basis. See and feel up to three (3) prototypes of your design prior to your bulk order. All custom samples are subject to set up and print fees as well as garment costs.

Setup and print fees will be waived on all orders where production samples are purchased if ordered within 5 business days of receiving your sample.
